BC Racing BR or DS?

Compare the damper specification, then check the kit for your car.

BC Racing BR or DS?: conceptual schematic
Conceptual layout, with exaggerated spacing where needed. Use the instructions for your exact application.

The difference to check

BC Racing’s BR and DS ranges both offer combined damping adjustment. DS uses digressive piston valving. That describes the damping-force response to shaft movement; it is not a promise of a particular ride on every car. The chosen spring rates, application and settings still affect the result.

Keep the application the same

Compare the exact car and configuration first. Check top mounts, spring rates, ride-height method and any electronic-damper requirements alongside the range name. An image of one application cannot confirm the parts supplied for another. Our series comparison is a starting point; use the product page to select the actual kit.

What to send us

Tell us how often the car is used on the road and track, which tyres it runs and what you dislike about its current suspension. Include the year, chassis and any changes to weight or ride height. We can check the available BR and DS configurations for that car before you commit to one.
